Audit work runs 2-3 weeks. Full process redesigns take 6-12 weeks including implementation support. We prefer defined projects over open-ended retainers.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
We're flexible. Initial discovery usually involves some on-site observation to see how work actually happens. Implementation can be remote or hybrid depending on your preference.
